If you are having trouble locating your vehicle, our team will support you through the task of redeeming your car. In the midst of a challenging situation, 201 Service handles the impound process with professionalism and respect.
In the event that your vehicle has been impounded by a Law Enforcement agency, the following is a general guideline of the necessary paperwork you will need in order to claim your vehicle. To release your vehicle, you’ll need the following:
1. A Valid Driver’s License and/or Government Issued Photo Identification Card
2. Proof of Ownership (Valid Registration, Vehicle title)
3. All fees must be paid via Cash, Visa, or MasterCard. **No checks will be accepted.**
4. In the event a “Hold” has been placed on your vehicle by any Law Enforcement agency, you must obtain a release from that agency before the vehicle can be released.
Our Lot hours are 9 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. The lot is closed on all major holidays.
